Cityfit is a self-serve informational software product (SaaS). It is not a consultation or human advisory service, and it is not a real estate, mortgage, lending, legal, immigration, relocation, debt-relief, banking or financial service. Reports are generated automatically by software and delivered digitally — no human professional reviews your situation or provides personalised advice. See our AI Disclaimer.
All prices are in USD and exclude taxes (see Taxes below):
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every 12 months, on the same date as your original purchase, at the then-current price. We send an email reminder before each renewal so you are never surprised by a charge.
Your first charge is taken when you subscribe. Each subsequent charge is taken automatically at the start of the next billing period (monthly or annually) using your saved payment method, through our payment provider (see section 8). Charges appear on your statement as CITYFIT MATCH.
You can cancel at any time from your account billing page — cancelling is as easy as subscribing (consistent with California's click-to-cancel requirement). No phone call or email is required. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
If you paid through PayPal, you can also cancel the billing agreement directly in your PayPal account settings. If your purchase was processed by a merchant of record, you may also use the cancellation link in your receipt or the provider's customer portal.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal; the current 12-month term is non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy.
We may change subscription prices. If a change affects your plan, we will give you advance notice before it applies to your next renewal so you can cancel if you do not agree. Where a payment provider requires it (for example, a PayPal billing agreement with a changed amount), we will notify you at least 10 days before the change takes effect.
Depending on your region and checkout, your payment may be processed in one of two ways:
We never see or store your full card number; card data is handled by the PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider.
Prices are in USD and exclude tax. Where your purchase is processed directly (e.g. via Stripe), any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and added to your total. Where your purchase is processed by a merchant of record (e.g. Creem), that provider — not Cityfit — calculates, collects and remits the applicable tax and issues your invoice or receipt.
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and may give you a short grace period to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, paid features may be suspended until the balance is settled.
In line with automatic-renewal laws, including California's Automatic Renewal Law, we disclose the auto-renewal terms above at sign-up, send renewal reminders, and provide an easy online way to cancel at any time from your account.
See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for the full agreement.
