Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy applies to everyone who uses Cityfit. It keeps the service safe, lawful and consistent with its purpose as an informational AI tool. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Prohibited uses

You must not use Cityfit to:

• Treat its output as professional investment, immigration, legal or financial advice, or rely on it to make relocation, residency or financial decisions on behalf of other real people.
• Generate or act on advice about relocating an unaccompanied minor.
• Plan relocation to sanctioned, embargoed, or active conflict / war zones, or otherwise circumvent sanctions or travel restrictions.
• Scrape, crawl, resell or redistribute reports, data or any part of the service.
• Reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or use excessive automated access against the service or its APIs.
• Upload, submit or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities.
