Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for Cityfit subscriptions, and the statutory rights this policy never limits.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your Cityfit subscription at any time from your account billing page. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

No partial-period refunds

Because Cityfit is a recurring subscription that gives you continuous access to AI city-matching tools and report generation, we do not provide refunds or credits for the unused portion of any billing period, or for report credits you did not use.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal; the current 12-month term is non-refundable except where required by law.

Digital content & your right of withdrawal (EU/UK)

By subscribing and accessing Cityfit immediately, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital service right away and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or other mandatory local consumer protections. If Cityfit fails to meet a legal guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under those laws.

Billing errors / duplicate charges

If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact support@developmentsnz.com within 60 days and we will investigate and refund verified errors. Where your purchase was processed by a merchant of record (for example Creem), approved refunds are issued through that provider back to your original payment method.

Disputes & chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first at support@developmentsnz.com — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of the related subscription.
